From the time of his early youth spent in a Northeast beach town followed by an eventual family move to South Florida, John Frazer's life has always revolved around the ocean. A lifetime spent in and on the water through both work and play, countless beach excursions and a love of nature are reflected in John's musings of various marine life and seascapes.
For the most part, John is a self taught artist, but he'll tell you that he was fortunate to have learned much from being the son of an artistic father, let alone dad's passion for the sea which John too inherited. Never short on ideas, the artist's inspiration is able to flow freely courtesy of South Florida's ability to provide a never ending supply of spur of the moment beauty.
John's work mainly includes the use of acrylics although he also enjoys experimenting with other mediums. His primary focus remains the marine environment and its various inhabitants. John currently resides and paints full time in Deerfield Beach, FL.
